Privacy Policy

Hova Events collects names, phone numbers and event details for the purpose of creating invitations, verifying payments and enabling committees to track contributions. This information is never shared outside the service and is handled in accordance with the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act of 2022.

Payment messages sent into the system are used only to match payments to their orders and are kept as accounting records. Contributors' phone numbers are never shown publicly; they are masked on committee transparency pages.

You may request deletion of your information after the event by contacting us through the customer service number on the home page.
