Does a dashboard purchase include a card?
Cards and dashboards are separate purchases unless your checkout explicitly includes both. Use the linking checkbox when buying a card for an existing dashboard.
What should I enter in Additional Message on Card - English?
Enter the message for that area of your chosen design. Follow its label or preview. Fill separate fields for separate messages, and supply Swahili wording if you want a translated version.
Is my custom wording translated automatically?
No. Add English and Swahili wording in their respective fields. Where Swahili is left blank, the English wording is used.
When can I download my card?
After payment is confirmed, the download page offers English and Swahili versions in the available PNG and PDF formats. Check the wording before sharing.
Why is my card missing from Card collection?
Check that the order is paid, that you selected dashboard linking, and that the owner email matches. Contact 0737 732 394 with your order reference if it still does not appear.
Which link sends a named invitation?
Use the share button on that contributor's row when a purchased card is linked. The general pledge buttons remain group links.
Why is a reported payment not in the verified total?
A committee officer with payment-confirmation permission must check and confirm the receipt. Recording or reporting a payment alone does not verify it.
I have not received my sign-in code. What next?
Check that you used the registered owner email, look in spam or junk, and request a fresh code if needed. Use the latest code and do not share it.
