Give each person the right access

Committee roles determine which dashboard actions a person can use. Assign roles to the people responsible for that work and keep each person's access link private.

  • Chairperson: coordinates the committee, manages members and has broad access to targets, meetings, expenses and contribution records.
  • Secretary: helps with meetings, records, imports, links and expenses.
  • Treasurer: works with payment records, expenses and targets.
  • Member: has limited access to recording payments.

Recording is different from verifying

Entering a payment does not by itself prove that money arrived. Payment confirmation requires an eligible role and the payment-confirmation permission. The responsible officer should cross-check the actual receipt before confirming it. If a control is missing, ask the dashboard owner to check your assigned role and permissions.
